- 12:00 Boatyard Sheave Race for Bursledon Gigs
- 12:15 SUP’s – Circuit race
- 13:00 Rigid hull rowing – Male
- 13:10 SUP – Fun race (paddler + dog or child)
- 13:20 Rigid hull rowing – Female
- 13:30 Bursledon Gig 2‑handed – short course
- 13:45 Inflatable dinghy rowing – male or female, any age
- 14:45 Rigid hull juniors – under 13 (male or female)
- 14:55 Canoe and/or kayak race
- 15:00–16:00 Holy Grail – small children in peanuts or other children’s craft (not a race – a search for sweets!)
- 15:00–15:30 Water Carnival and Jousting
- 15:30 Sculling over stern (Masterclass provided throughout the event)
- 15:30 Family race – any craft, 2 adults + 2 children
- 15:40 Blindfold race – 1 blindfolded rower/paddler, any craft
- 15:50 Egg and spoon race – 1 standing crew member with egg & spoon, any craft
- 16:00 Bursledon Gig Fisherman’s race – 1 person standing, rowing forwards
- 16:05 4‑handed paddling race – inflatable or SUP
On the shore
From 12:00 onwards
- 13:00 Fancy dress competition – Medieval theme
- Beer tent, food stands, cake stall, ice creams
- Face painting
- Sea shanties
- Traditional maritime crafts
